American movements seek to look beyond the traditional and that is what Mickey & Jenny is all about. Two great friends with a vision and strong sense of purpose envisioned an alternative to the status quo of fashion.
Pioneering what it means to be an American made luxury brand today, we operate our own factory in California. Together, under one roof, we achieve what others define as impossible.
From design to production, each garment’s delivery comes from a keen eye for detail and a limited-run philosophy. We don’t rely on sales to clear out overstock because we simply don’t need to. Limited runs mean the girl next door probably won’t be wearing the same dress as you. Unless, of course, you let her borrow it! Our clothing is different and different is special.
With responsible production as our driving goal, we edit our collections to “be everything to someone rather than something to everyone.”
Let us make something for you and join our movement.
What makes us different?
The garments we produce are done in a limited quantity so our clients can enjoy distinctively original wardrobe pieces. You deserve to wear a gown every once in a while, right? We curate collections to define a woman’s individuality. When you wear one of our pieces, you make the style unique.
We hand select our yarns and develop each fabric with mother earth in mind. Natural or organic fibers reduce the possible long-term environmental impacts of our industry. Because we know the dangers of exposure to unnatural products, we only use organic dyes. Who wants to promote the absorption of toxic chemicals through the skin anymore anyway? Ick.
REBELS WITH A CAUSE
Not to alarm you, but how about an industry fact? While 98% of garments sold in America are produced overseas, we challenge convention by producing 100% of our inventory in California. Where we live. We do it differently because we seriously care.
SEW IN OUR LA FACILITY
This means luxury items made in America at a faster turn around time all while minimizing the environmental impact of shipping. It also allows us to create garments boasting impeccable quality, while offering fair wages, gender equality, and domestic job opportunities.
FROM THE CUTTING BOARD TO YOU.
WE. HEART. USA.
So, we sew here! Producing in our own facility means we can be ‘hands on’ in every part of the process. As you check out our product offerings, be sure to give “The Making of” sections a read. Tons of TLC goes into the life cycle of our garments, so we give you an insider’s view of the time it takes to bring our capsule pieces to life.
WE APPRECIATE YOUR TIME AS YOU GET TO KNOW US.
