I'm not totally in love with what I bought, how can I return it?

-Although we wish you loved our products as much as we do, to return an item just email mickeyandjenny@gmail.com, and one of our customer service reps will be more than happy to help you out!

When returning there are a few things to remember:

      1. Returns are free for the first 15 days after receipt
      2. After the15 day period, we will extend addition 7 additional days with 10% stock fee and shipping will be clients responsibility. Anything that exceeds a 21 day return period will automatically be rejected.  All refunds will be applied to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
      3. All products need to be returned undamaged, in their original packaging, with hangtags attached to be eligible for a refund or exchange. If you return a package that does not meet this criteria, or damages and defects caused by the client, it will be denied. All denied returns will not receive a refund and will be forfeited.

Oops! I ordered the wrong size...can I exchange it?

-Of course! We offer exchanges on items that are the wrong size, damaged, or maybe you just didn't like it, subject to availability. We classify exchanges as returns therefore the return policy above applies, and we only accept exchanges for the first 15 days after receipt. 

Do you offer free shipping?

-Yes, we offer free ground shipping anywhere in the United States on orders over $100. This will be automatically processed at the checkout- you don't need to do anything!

I adore the top I bought but saw a couple days later it was in the sale...Can you match the new sale price?

- YES. You have 7 days after purchase and we will defiantly honor price match. Excluding items on sale or purchased using coupon.
